The Ravdouha project is located in the Ravdouha area of Kissamos, a traditional village a few steps from the sea on a hill.
A key element of the project was the strengthening of the relationship with the natural environment. Detailed interventions were needed, which resulted in the renegotiation of both the location and the interior aesthetics with a view to improving functionality.
A palette of materials was chosen which includes wood, thatch, pebbles, and glass, giving a sense of unity with the environment, enhancing the flow of light, and marrying tradition with modern hospitality.
